Our shipping policies
The Atdec online store only ships within UK. We ship outside UK to EMEA with offline transactions, contact us.
We support online transactions from our North American webstore to USA and Canada, and to Australia from our Australian store. We ship to other regions via customer service, contact us.
We have flat rate shipping for online orders, and we ship quickly! We typically ship same-day for orders placed before 1pm GMT. Orders will otherwise ship the following business day. Please note that Atdec will ship your product within the specified timeframe but we have no control over courier services.
Tracking your order
Within 24 hours of your order being shipped you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number. If you have lost your tracking number please contact service.
Damaged stock
If the shipping carton of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage then you must refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Once your order has been refused, you have notified Atdec of refusal, and the product has been returned to Atdec and assessed, we will issue your refund and you are free to place your order again.
Undeliverable packages
An 'undeliverable' package is one that cannot be delivered to you for any of the following reasons:
- The recipient's address cannot be located
- The package was destined for an out-of-delivery location and cannot be forwarded
- The recipient's place of business is closed
- The recipient is not at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts
When a package is undeliverable it will usually be returned to Atdec. The freight partner may communicate with you to attempt second delivery.
