Back orders
We do not process back orders for transactions made online. If an item is out of stock it will be noted as such on the product page.
In the rare event that you have successfully ordered and paid for an Atdec product that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss options. Out of stock orders will be otherwise be cancelled and your credit card will be refunded.
