Atdec at Workspace Design Show 2026
Stand VG6, Business Design Centre London, 25-26 February

On a 12-sqm stand, we're presenting two core offerings that illustrate our approach to mounting solutions: the universal Ora monitor arm and the complete Atdec Modular system for complex display configurations.
The 2026 show theme is Connected Realities, exploring how physical and digital environments intersect in workplace design. This aligns closely with what mounting technology enables: the hardware layer that makes screen interactions ergonomic, spatial arrangements flexible, and technology integration seamless. When designers specify furniture and technology, mounting solutions determine whether displays enhance or constrain how spaces function.
What we're presenting
Ora represents our response to the single- and dual-monitor workspace requirement. Universal compatibility means one arm works across virtually every monitor; installers and facility managers reduce inventory complexity while maintaining ergonomic performance. Ora is a high performance aesthetic monitor arm delivering smooth height adjustment, intuitive positioning, concealed cable management that doesn't interfere with movement, and overall quality that maintains performance over years of daily repositioning.
Atdec Modular addresses the architectural challenge of multi-screen environments: control rooms monitoring infrastructure, financial trading floors with complex displays, and engineering spaces. These installations require precise screen positioning across arrays of four, six, twelve, or more displays, often combining different screen sizes and orientations. The modular system uses interchangeable components that adapt to specific spatial and technical requirements without requiring custom engineering for each project.
The workspace context
The architecture and design community attending Workspace Design Show 2026 faces a particular tension in commercial workspace projects. Employees expect technology that supports focused work and collaboration equally; companies need spatial efficiency that adapts as technology and work patterns shift; facility teams require systems they can maintain and reconfigure without specialty support. Display mounting sits at the intersection of these demands.
Well-engineered mounting solutions contribute to workplace performance in ways that aren't always visible but become apparent in use. Monitors positioned at correct heights reduce neck strain during extended screen time. Arms that reposition easily support activity-based working where people shift between individual and collaborative tasks. Cable management that's actually used rather than bypassed keeps spaces tidy and simplifies technology changes. Weight capacity and stability prevent the gradual deterioration that turns adjustable systems into fixed installations.
Why we attend
Trade shows serve several functions for manufacturers. They're opportunities to demonstrate products in person, where designers and specifiers can test adjustment mechanisms and evaluate build quality directly. They facilitate conversations about project requirements that help us understand where our ranges perform well and where we need to develop additional solutions. They connect us with the architecture and design firms, furniture consultants, and technology integrators who influence specification decisions.
For Atdec, Workspace Design Show provides access to the UK commercial interiors community at a concentrated moment. The designers attending are actively working on office fit-outs, financial sector refurbishments, control room installations, and workspace upgrades. Many are evaluating mounting solutions for imminent projects or building knowledge for future specifications. These conversations inform our product development and help us serve projects more effectively.
Meeting at the show
Workspace Design Show runs 25-26 February 2026 at Business Design Centre, London. We're at Stand VG6 with Ora and Modular solutions on display. If you're attending and working on projects where display mounting creates technical challenges, or you're simply interested in understanding what current mounting technology enables, we'd welcome the conversation. Trade registration for the show is available at workspaceshow.co.uk.
